Around the Year II (Hebrew: מעגל השנה II) is the seventh studio album by Chassidic singer Avraham Fried, released in October/November (Tishrei) 1986 by Suki and Ding.

The album originally featured six tracks containing medleys in Hebrew, Yiddish, and Aramaic. Later, seemingly beginning with the release of the CD edition, an additional two songs were added, including one song in English.[Notes 1]

The album is distributed in North America by Sameach Music, and in Israel by Gal-Paz.

Notes

  1. For whatever reason, Mostly Music sells the digital album with a ninth track titled "Moshe Emes" that is not included in any other release.
  2. With slightly modified lyrics as sung by Chabad Chasidim.
  3. Added at the bottom of the vinyl sleeve.
  4. Likely a misspelling, and meant to say Yochi Briskman.
  5. Unsure if this is meant to be an inside joke, mistake, or referring to someone specific while concealing their identity.
