Yedid Nefesh is a Hebrew song by American singer Avraham Fried, released in 1988 as part of his album We Are Ready!. The song is composed by Yossi Green with lyrics adapted from prayers for Erev Shabbat. The songs are performed in the waltz genre, and features the Neginah Orchestra arranged by Moshe Laufer. The song was produced by Sheya Mendlowitz.
